Quick Strip

Decarbonising/ Paint Stripping Dip. Sold without water seal. Add approx 20% water to form floating seal when filling tank. Safe on alloys. Dissolves carbon, paint etc. decarbonise cylinder heads in approx 6 - 9 hours or overnight. Refurbishes drill/ tool bits.

SAFE 

  On all reactive metals including aluminium and magnesium. The floating seal 
  prevents loss of powerful solutions. Non flammable and no special ventilation 
  is needed. Neutralises with water for safe handling of cleaned parts. 
SIMPLE TO USE 

  Ready to use. No mixing or diluting. No heat or agitatio is required. 
FAST 

  Time required varies from 5 minutes on carburettors to 2 hours on the heaviest 
  deposits. Simple rinsing with water under pressure is the only labour operation. 

ECONOMICAL 

  The floating seal prevents loss by evaporation and minimises drag of wastage 
  by power rinsing the solvents from the equipment. Fast penetrating action destroys 
  the bond between the unwanted material and the metal. QUICK STRIP does not become 
  contaminated with dissolved matter. QUICK STRIP is self energising between uses. 
  While QUICK STRIP is working labour is freed for other productive activities. 

EFFECTIVE 

  QUICK STRIP can strip down to base metal in less than two hours and light cleaning 
  can take as little as five minutes. Carbon becomes spongy, paint peels, grease 
  and dirt softened to allow easy removal by pressure hose outside the tank. Does 
  not cause corrosion and is safe on all metals.

 DIRECTIONS 

  The entire contents of the drum should be used at one time to ensure correct 
  level of the liquid seal. Before immersing parts in QUICK STRIP any loose dirt 
  should be removed to avoid unnecessary sludging of the tank. Allow parts to 
  remain immersed until carbon or other soil is softened. Remove slowly, and allow 
  any excess solution to drain back and rinse with water under pressure.
